...And the Winner is...

In this year's jersey design contest, AHC received over 20 jersey submissions. The club's board of directors thanks everyone who participated on their excellent contributions to the contest. There was a wide variety of designs submitted again this year, ranging from more traditional designs using a solid color (usually maroon or gray) to more differentiated designs (black background, camouflage background, and jerseys that incorporated design elements of the rink itself) to some very creative, out -of-the-box submissions (including new logos (an A-town logo, flaming AHC logo, and others)). The number and quality of the submissions were outstanding and made it very difficult to select one final winner.

Nonetheless, after careful consideration and voting, for the second year in a row we have selected a jersey designed by Chris Cavatorta as the winner of this year's contest!! Congratulations Chris on designing the winning jersey!  Chris is the first two-time winner of the AHC Jersey Design contest!

Chris's design will be the basis for the club's 2022-2023 jerseys this season, which will be sublimated jerseys and come with matching socks (all provided by Sports Etc., our Arlington-based dealer). For being selected as the contest winner, Chris will receive a replica jersey hoodie of the design, or tuition credit in an equivalent amount.
